Hi, I’ve just bought a Silhouette Cameo 3 after my original Cameo died. I’ve tried installing the latest software from Silhouette America but, while it downloads, it shuts down as soon as it opens. I’m running it on a Mac with OS Sierra. I’ve done all the troubleshooting things they suggest but to no avail. How to Cut with Your Silhouette CAMEO® Opening the Silhouette Studio® Software Locate the Silhouette Studio® icon on the desktop, or in the Start Menu on your PC (in the Applications folder on a Mac®). Double-click the icon to run the application. Once Silhouette Studio® has loaded, you will notice a blank 12” x 12” page on your screen.
